General Rent-A-Car terms

Requirements to the Lessee:
You are required to be at least 25 years of age and to have a 3 year minimum experience as a driver;
valid ID documents and a valid driver’s license;
the vehicle may be driven only by the rent-a-car contract subscriber;
the registration of a second driver should be done during the subscription of the contract and he is to comply with the above requirements.

Payment terms:
The deposit fee and the full price shall be paid at the conclusion of the contract and the commitment of the vehicle;prices are calculated on a 24 hour period basis, as from the hour of the car-rent. Additional hours shall be paid as follows:
from 0 up to 4 hours – half the rent price
more than 4 hours – full rent price

The rent-price includes:
“Third party” Insurance, an out-of-town drive vignette, vehicle maintenance.
 
The rent-price does not include:
Fuel, fines or all other sanctions enforced by the traffic control authorities to the driver, as a result of non-observation of the Road Traffic Act of Republic of Bulgaria.
The vehicle is consigned and is to be returned with full tank. If you return the car with fuel tank half-empty, the full filling of the thank shall be paid by the Lessee according to the retail price list of Lukoil with a 10 % surplus charge.

Responsibilities:
In the event of a damage, a loss, fire or a theft occurred, the responsibility is assumed by the Lessor except in the following cases:

• If the car was driven under the influence of alcohol or drugs consumption;
• If in the event of a damage the Lessee did not present a Traffic Police Record on the road accident occurred;
• If the car was committed by the Lessee to a third party, who is not authorized to use the car upon the contract or does not possess a valid driver’s license;
• If there were damages on the tyres or the wheel rims of the car, which are not caused by fire or accident – certified by a Traffic Control Record.

Delivery and acceptance of the car:

• free in the offices of the company within the frame of the working hours;
• return/rent of a vehicle out of the working hours is charged a lump-sum payment at the amount of 10 euro. (work hours from 8.00 – 18.00 h.);
• In the event you wish to rent or to return a vehicle from the airport, the hotel or other location within the borders of the town of Varna you will be charged 10 euro. If you wish to rent or to return a vehicle from any spot within the borders of Bulgaria you will be charged 0.50 BGN/km.
